Good day to all. Need some advice or just a push in the right direction.
Got a 1600 twinport beach buggy whereby i fitted a centremount weber 36 dcd7 . Intake is not yet heated but will be shortley from a new s/s four into one exhaust. Here is the question, what would the baseline jetting be for this setup beiing at sealevel?.
Any info would be highly appresiated.

Unfortunately the 36DCD7 was not fitted as original equipment to any production car according to the Haynes manual on Webers. Herewith the jetting and venturi sizes for a 1600 Capri GT and and Escort 1600.
The first number is for the primary and the second number for the secondary.
Capri 28/36 DCD 38 / mains 1.40 & 1.55 / air correction 2.30 & 1.80 / emulsion tube F30 & F30 / Aux venturi 4.5 & 4.5
Venturi 26 & 27 / idle jet 0.55 & 0.70
Escort 32 DGAV 6C / mains 1.15 & 1.20 / air correction 1.60 & 1.20 / emulsion tube F50 & F50 / Aux venturi 3.5 & 4.5
Venturi 23 & 24 / idle jet 0.45 & 0.45
Unless you change the venturi sizes I think that this may not be satisfactory.
Good Luck.

Hi Morne
Here is some base line sizes you will just have to compensate with air correctors for youre sea level or go up in 0.5 increments in every main jet until sorted.
Chokes 23/24
Mains 110/125

Emulsion F23/30
Air 190/180
