Hi Guys

Anyone that can recommend a process to coat engine air cooling ducts/bits and pieces including fan housing ?

I did mine about 6 years ago but all that coating is gone. (Mostly)

At the time I had them sandblasted but can't remember the type of paint coating they put on after.

Thanks in advance.

I've used powder coating quite a few times, always with good results
Other than that, just applying Hammerite also works

+1 for powder coating.

Rust-Oleum “enamel” spray cans are my go to paint for small parts. Alternatively automotive 2K, but here the primer becomes becomes important.

Surface preparation is also important.

Ended up using Quality Coatings in Paarden Eiland as per the owner of Flat Four's suggestion for powder coating.

Brilliant job and cheap as chips.
