VW 412 Variant or Sedan, most of the 411' speedos were calibrated in MPH and had a chrome beading. I've spent hundreds of hours in my life behind 'em!

Sorry, it IS fitted to the Ghia
My question is, would this speedometer fit in the Type 3 speedometer location?
Or is this 411 speedometer the same as the Beetle size?(Too big to fit in the Type 3 dash)?
I would really like to have a KPH speedometer in the Fasty

Nope, won't fit in the Type 3, sorry. The speedo of a Type 3 is a lot smaller than the Type 4's

This is what a late-model km/h Type 3 speedo looks like. Good luck in finding one...
