solid or ventilated discs

:?: wazup took my car to Clive to make it stop. Got brake calipers from a vw passat . i will be running discs in the front and and standard drums in the back.

whats the best disc solid or ventilated discs :?:

Vented as the disks and "big)" pads are cheaper

Okay, when you doing the conversion please take some pics, I also want to run discs on my fastback

What mods are required to the spindles etc ?

sorry Blitz cant take pics this time Clive is in Alberton Alrode South and im in Randberg and have a 9-5 job and hes not open on weekends. wate till you can see the car live. the only resion im putting discs is because of the golf engine i need the car to stop

Nice.. How much is all of this costing you? Is Clive like your personal machanic or is it a business? I need to do this to my beetle.
