Aircooled VW South Africa

This kombi ofmine is red and white. According to the codes sealing wax red and beige grey. I polished up a part of the beige under the VW badge, but seems a lot lighter than the sample in the in the paintshop book. advice please (FIG)

SWR/BG is one of those colour schemes that seems to weather differently on every bus, especially sealing wax red. Is your bus locally assembled or imported? I'm assuming it's a Microbus, not a Kombi, since you say it's factory two-tone.

It sa westfalia like the one that was at your place. The grey at the paintshop book seems to be much darker. do you advise go as the book says, it is actualy factory codes with the colour.
