as of the past weekend im starting my splitty project. this is going to be a long project as im not completly finished with the oval. i started stripping the inside of the bus just to find that the whole driver side of the roof was rusted and the previous owners repaired it with galvanised plate and fibre (what a bunch of :jerkoff: ). the good news tho is that the rest of the van is rock solid. all i need is to get a roof skin or to remouled the whole one side ( with real metal ).

Hi Goblin, If you need any help I will gladly help you if you could teach me a few things on doing a resto. I want to do a resto soon, the moment I get a bus, and it would probably be a good idea to get learn a few basics first. This offer go's out to anyone around Cape Town. I am a hard worker and a fast learner and my matric exams end in a week so I will have plenty free time. I have minor experience working on my friends beach buggy. Cheers
