Re: My T3 Sunroof Variant
That was the check Coate to check for marks etc and holes what needs to be closed
Now it first stand in the sun for a day or 2 and that also helps checking if any prepping marks are visible
Now need to start planning what I want to do with the rest of the Project Turbo or not
What doe you guys think of the clour

Re: My Sunroof Squareback with Type4
Hallo all
Was Past Jan Yeaterday and the final coat of paint was on and they where buzzy polishing and I am glad that I stayed with my 1st choice.
After the 1st coat I thought that the colour was not right but seeing it now after the final coat is on and they are buzzy polishing all I can say is I am very happy with the rezults that I am getting with everything.
I recon with the broad original beadings and all the chrome on the Squary it is going to look amaizing
Also droped off the fender well at Jan and he is going to fit them for me also. The front ones I managed to strip a set of the Squary that was standing at Volkspares and they were in good shape so will have to wait and see how they display on the car. the back I have got the Pro Auto ones
Will keep you guys posted on the progress

Re: My Sunroof Squareback with Type4
Ok Quick update
I sold the 2L motor to one of Eugenes(Callooker66) mates for his Project
So What power plant am I going then
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
`
Well TYPE 4 again
I am buying one of the new 1800 Type4 Industrial motors. And it will be forced fed like a small baby to gro up
I will be stripping the motor down completely to satisfy my Curiosity about the internals of this motors and it will get a Turbo grind cam for it
the motor will also be Fuel injected and charge cooled for that little bit extra power
All though this will not be a Boy racer the 1800 turbo will be a much more drivable package as the std 2L motor

I actually was contemplating 2.1 WBX but the Rearity of this Squareback with the factory fitted Sunroof is just not a option to go W/Cooled and fit Radiators etc So Aircooled it will BE

The motor will also be Fuel injected and charge cooled for that little bit extra power and the twist off Aircooled

Re: My Sunroof Squareback with Type4
I was expecting you to say 2.1 turbo but a turbo type 4 is even better! Nice one bugger. Can't wait to see this type 3 with a type 4 motor kick some modified type 1 ass
