im thinking bout having the hoodlining redone, and im thinking-seeing as though im goin fo the black and yellow theme....
...maybe black hoodlining? ive never seen a cabbie with black, and im curious wot it looks like. im kinda under the impression
that the cabbie will be "darker" inside....in the evenings ofcourse.anyway...i have got blue intereior lights, so im sure
it wont be too bad

Its not the position, coz its been there in both my cabbies, its nice and easy to reach, without having to cut the existing hole bigger.
Think im gonna make it outta thin plate and spray it yellow

The bonnet is also due for an upgrade, got a real good idea for this, cant wait

Oh yes...the gear-knob will be matching the steering wheel and a new set of pedals are on the way
Also a new set of chrome window winders...think that'll look awesome on the black door panels
And maybe a set of stainless side step plates-with volkswagen on them

well......staying in durban, we all know that there arent many places to bye accessories for your car,i mean beetle
and im talking bout stuff to enhance the appearance. the only ,so called, authorised beetle shop is volkspares....
and anyone from durban knows what a rip-off they are

anyway, ive never had any shit from autostyle. theyve always given a discount when ive bought stuff there, obviously not
just for 1 small item....infact everyone ive taken there for sound equipment has got a discount
they also stock alot more variation than 'max' and 'racers edge'

but i do find you hit a few lucks at 'max' and 'racers edge'; my indicators,L.E.D type(toyota twincam side markers) are from max-R150
the xenon look head lamps(globes for non-electricians)are from racers-R100
also, dubster scored a nice tacho from max-R100(what can you buy for R100???not much nowadays)

but i think in durban, you cant beat autostyle's range and price when it comes to sound stuff
