Topcar has a nice article on the history of the Manx buggies this month. Interesting reading and a couple of good pics.

Found the Topcar at a garage today, so below the scans of the 6-page article, as promised. Very interesting, and well-written thanks once again for the tip Karma I wouldn't have seen it otherwise :wink:

did you see what they estimated the cost of a subaru powered buggy would be if done well - +- R200K! Thats surely if you only use all new parts?


The new red buggy sure looks nice!

You aint seen nothing yet, this (VW-powered) Manxter has a price tag of $34 000 - you do the maths :roll:

May be expensive, but those are NICE!! I would gladly drive a buggy like that!
