I have to agree on that one Eben.

But yes, if more money was going around to build show winners in SA ,this problem would not be as persistent.

I'm doing my damnest to bring my rust heap back to life, and it won't be goin' anywhere out of this country without me.

Dam wrote:.... and a 181 sitting in a scrapyard in Belgium without it's roof, windscreen & frame, side windows, tool kit, sparewheel petrol tank, crank handle, & camo equipment, because it's in South Africa.....

Good point,a little suspect tho,a comment like that adds fuel to the fire, and i dont think the Germans would ever allow that 181 back on the roads,it would be a far expensive exercise for the average Joe to afford to restore it to "new",they hav some of the strictest road worthy laws in the world! As far as i stand, that comment holds little ground Dam.

And the offending someone is undoubtedly still on the forum, and i hope he/she reads this!!!!

There are ways and means,i have every confidence in Ebens abilities to track YOU down!!! :finger4u:

Shall we have a competition?

I already know who some of these are but I will have to check the paths through the weblogs in every case which takes some time but is like doing a puzzle ;)

The common denominator being
