Hi all I am currently busy with my beetles gearbox and are looking for web sites that has got the really low downs of a beetle gearbox technical stuff I have previously done repairs on some boxes but need to sharpen my pencil once again ...My box was built by someone with unbelievable experience and when I striped it with 1600km since my car was built I would have said the box had 100 000km after its life the syncros were at minimum spec the selector forks were way out of spec and I was charged for a brand new revers gear and a very good 2ND hand was installed any help would be appreciated.
