The Volkspares drag beetle is coming on slowly. Hopefully it will run this year

We trial fitted the body and rear wheels to see how it'll look. The back fenders clear the tyres by about 5mm on each side.
I dropped the back 2 splines at this stage, will see if I can go more once the car is assembled. Next thing now is to get my suspension sorted. I want to install 2 select a drops on the front to get the nose down.

I just placed the front wheels next to the car to check how they will look. They will fit under the fenders no problem.

The only substitute for cubic inches are more cubic inches.

I think it might still take a year or so. Depending on my cash flow.

Have not decided on a colour yet. I still think silver is the way to go. The engine is at volkspares jet park. Currently receiving a wilder cam for the turbo setup. Otherwise it's complete.
