In the big city maybe, not in Nelspruit. I only get UltraVW.
The only substitute for cubic inches are more cubic inches.

I have the issue also. Unfortunately I was too busy at work to write a decents article so they made one up from brief descriptions I sent.

I have since repaired a major oil leak and unblocked the idle jets, but I think one's blocked again! She goes very well though.
