I have a 1963 Bettle, oval window. 1100 or 1200 engine. runs fine but body needs some TLC. I am looking for rubber seals for front window and the windows in doors. Would also be nice to find the ones for the boot and the hood.

Re: Wich VW do you have?
I have a 72 beetle 1300 which is in the process of being stripped. I just have started my new project to build a Beamish bug...Purchased an old Beamish body that needs some restoration work.
I have done some investigation and found that in order to do this project properly there is quite a lot of do's and don'ts as well as tricks of the trade. So I will be asking lots of questions and advise. Can't wait to really get into this project.

Newly acquired 1972 Super Beetle 1600. It runs great and is in good condition, need to replace fuel hoses (really bad fumes inside) and some basic cosmetic things to add but mainly all original.

Re: Wich VW do you have?
Hi guys, i have just aquired a '72 1600 Beetle. As a hopelessly hooked Classic Mini owner,
i have now become equally hoplessly hooked on Beetles .. a first time owner .. but hooked
already.
In time to come i will be certainly be asking you experts out there on advice. She is almost
original but certainly needs some serious TLC to enable me to drive her up from Cape Town to Jhb.
Even though i am a newbie here . i could help myself with this last post ... sorry if i break protocol here
