Go with the Gun Metal Grey or Dove Grey, chrome trim and bumpers and a sweet set of rims....

Give you a woodie it will...

Hey Dutch,

Dubsters got it right on the money...

Resto Cal, a good polish, dropped suspension, Impi 8 Spokes is my vote (+/- 12K to import), and a 1641 twin carb motor that wont blow your budget...

Shot and happy riding man..

There is a set of EMPI 8 spokes that are fully polished available locally for around R8k

Hi Dutch,
Very nice find,

My opinion: lower it, polish it, fit a set of those smoothy chrome wheels. And of course a nice T1 motor if you feel adventurous.....keep all the original spares so you can put it back to original when you want to.

Blitz, Can you let me know where? Also,do you have a picture of some?

JH, Thanks and that's the plan....I want to be able to return to 100% original if I take it away from original...Haven't decided yet, want to collect it first and have a really good look on the lift towork out what's best!

8 spokes are for 4 hole hubs... will need adapters for 5 hole hubs. 5 spokes or sprintstars or brms will be easiest. let me know if you are seriously considering sprintstars.

Now I like that a lot.....GB, you got any of those wheels?

Misses mentioned what about Cream on outside and red leather interior with a ragtop roof (colour unspecified)

Thoughts? Pictures?

A very sweet car.. I would suggest you listen to all the advise.. and do what you really want to do.. Keep it original.. You don't get them in this condition anymore :-)
