I have been trying to locate some 165R15 tyres.
At some point Cooper manufactured the Sportmaster GLT 165R15. These were imported by Dunlop SA and sold through their dealer network. However Dunlop informed me that they stopped the import of these tyres.
I then contacted Cooper Tyres directly and they informed me that they have stopped production of these tyres.
Bad news for us Bug infested people indeed.

I have also been after a set of Coopers for some time, and yes, no luck here either.
For what it's worth, ignorance has no limits ......

I got kumho's from Autowiel in Centurion not too long time ago..seems fine for normal driving

I've just confirmed with Autowiel.
They have stock of Hankook and Kumho in 165R15 for R640 each
So there is a ray of light yet

HanKook's are also available at Menlyn Hi Q, got 2 new tires yesterday. Though I put 185 Continentals on the Back and kept my 165 coopers on the front.
From fastest to slowest:
Birkin race car, not much is standard
