Eben, I am not put off to do a little work. But I just dont think it fair that one should PAY for a "copy", but not be able to store it on your local PC. That is just bullshit. In the UK, I bought the MotorcycleNews newspaper EVERY week. When I moved to France, I missed it a LOT. I looked on their site, and there you subscribe to a proper copy that can be saved on the PC. Although it will never beat the real thing, at least you HAVE an electronic document on your PC.

You can actually save it onto your pc but not as PDF... it is saved as an nzo document that authenticates with a reader that you install on the pc.

You can also use PDFCREATOR or CUTEPDF to print to PDF, only prints the current view though, so its a bit of a schlepp to get the whole magazine, but nice if you want to save a particular article.
