Hey Duncan!
Sorry for the late commemt but your bus is an absolute stunner..... more so that it is a Krankenwagen...super rare!!
KK: Duncan's bus is a Krankenwagen (Ambulance model) which is different in many ways from a similar period bus, more evident by the hatch that is hinged at th bottom and not on top like other busses... The hatch opening 'down' allows for the easy loading and removal of the stretchers or gurneys...
Have added 2 pics to show the difference...
