Wiper blade clips?

Post by Merlin »

's up?

I have a new set of wiper blades for my ambo but unfortunately I managed to break the one clip...

Does anyone know where I can buy a set of compatible clips?

The blades cost me a fair whack so I'd rather not splash out on another new set. :|

Cheers, N.

What kind of wiper blades? Are they the original flat style or the more modern style? If the more modern type (11 inch, stock part for Series I, II & III Land Rover) then go to your FLAPS and ask if they have spare clips. They usually have a whole box full of odds and ends.

If the original flat style I may have an old one you can use for parts.

Erm...now there's a question...

They're the same as used on the 2CVs Fig. :)

Same size so I bought 'em through the club.

Same as I did on the Fleetline; just clipped the new blades onto the existing arms.

...so I would presume it's the newer type.

They're Bosch if that helps?

I'll try the local store; thanks. :)
