Re: 1962 splitty
loving the slammed look!
so ride quality, overall what's it like? i've ridden in one before and it was like being massaged by four turks with a hard on, not the most pleasant ride one can have.

Re: 1962 splitty
Actually ride quality is great. its like sailing calm waters..
i was driving the bus for 2 weeks without front shocks and the ride was pleasant.
because my beam is narrowed i think it gives a better drive than a bus thats just dropped

Very COOL bus Goblin just a quick Question on the spindles. Did you just swap them around? No other work done? no cutting or welding?

Re: 1962 splitty
The spindles have to get machined to clear the link/kin pin
BTW If anyone is interested in doing this i have a thread that shows you how to do it, pm me if you would like it.

Re: 1962 splitty
i am so chuffed that someone actually lowered something like this and attacked it with spray paint and a stencil!
I love the checks on the roof! I love it doesn't have chrome wheel hubs! Everything about this bus is what I would have done!
SO SO SO CHUFFED!!!!!
Glad purists were not taken into consideration in this. GOOD JOB MATE! LOVING IT!!!!
