Dirt Airfilters, any Pics.

Post by Mokwepa »

Hi there

I have a buggy that is being converted into a full on off road vehicle and am wondering what airfilters you guys are using. My buggy has a HYPER airfilter mounted behind the passenger seat via water pipe (bought it like that, i couldnt create a cockup like that if i tried), the system needs to be changed very soon. Please give me some ideas. I ride dirtbikes and am used to cleaning airfilters often so i am looking for something simple that can be cleaned easily and often. Ive thought of a pancake filter but im not sure how good they are for full on dirt.

If you have some dirt friendly airfilter pics, please can you shre them.

Thanks guys
Mok.

You can't beat the efficiency of a standard oil bath filter!

I concur with Pine, the oil bath air filter has been proven to be the best, also easy to clean.
