Spotted a Herbie in Alberton, was a 70s beetle with the trade mark 53 and stripes, but had a type of aerokit on, whale tale the works anyone know who's it is?

Nope, not the same one, has whale tale the size of the rear window, chrome eyelids and lowered a tad! Should have stopped for a chat!
