well i dont know about the back because i have 245 40 17's at the Back (bmw X3 Tyres) but the front as mush as i want i had the suspention replaced with adjustable suspention so i can lift and lower as i want without driving a wheel barrow

damn............245..........you should have looked at maybe fitting some wider fenders.........for that DTM cup racer look..........

eish , i wish i could find them the problem we have here is that the parts arnt so scares it is that they have so much cancer or the people selling them are so exspensive that you can not afford it. there is one like that in town geting drivin into the ground but the lady doesnt want to sell it but at the same time she doesnt want to look after it. makes my heart so sore !!

You can buy widened 'glass fenders overseas for about 150 dollars each.

I'm sure someone here could make them though.

...please don't cut OG fenders to widen yours folks.

I know of a bug that needed SIXTEEN fenders to get the result the owner wanted.

That's not on in my books. :s

why not shorten the arms? can that be done?

Apparently that's the number needed to get the shape he wanted.

A huge waste in my eyes.

The beams can be narrowed, but it affects the handling, and is really only done to the front to make the wheels fit the wells better.

A race-style bug would almost definately have widened fenders.

Not At all they fit right in and they cost 350 where a single golf head light cost 120 each ! so the better choice !
