Thanks, I found the teddy under the seat when I stripped the bus, it seems to belong with the bus :D

Let us pray that the visible body rust is not too serious, otherwise you will either have holes or paper-thin steel, after it's grit blasted and/or phosphoric-acid treated!

The trick is never to do it with your own bus :D

Thanks to Johan for letting me use his bus for the practice round.

Barry, thanks for the offer, I will come and have a chat to you as soon as I get my head around what needs to be replaced on the double cab. And I also need to come and pick your brains on the best way to make a set of fenders for the volksrod. (which is still not done by the way :lol: )

Best way is to run invisible ones until Plod harasses you enough, or one too many face-fulls of unidentified puddle contents convinces you otherwise :lol:
