I'll ask the question that all the Fleetline owners are scared to ask, because of fears of harassment. Will this work on a Fleetline?

blitz, it's most likely you can't afford one, so don't bother asking.

*fleetline owners do it with style, cash and pazazz!*

 Lesson number 668. Never try asking innocent questions on behalf of Fleetline owners. They get very touchy!

May look nice, but my concern is that the extension- knob may get in the way of the gearlever.

Never found anything wrong with the position of a split kombi's handbrake lever position, (teached myself to drive at age 11 on my mother's 65 split kombi.)

However, on an early beetle, i find the clutch pedal way too close to the brake pedal,(have big feet), so i prefer to use a later pedal assembly, as practicality is important to me. Even if it means making another plan with the floor mounted dipswitch.
Staying Aircooled is so much nicer.
Do'nt assume anything- (While doing fault-finding).

A fleetline hand brake is the same as a german bus,.......
