Remove old rubberising, some more sanding, NS4 over the NS1. As said previously I will took it hour by hour, but progress is slow.

Re: 63 DC
You welcome Dubster, no here for the next 3 weekends, so project will move slow. After that we can do a braai.
The DC has got enough rust and will keep me busy for a while. Do it by hand , but next project will go to sand blasters .
Almost time for cars in the park here some where in May.

Re: 63 DC
Got a piece of floor for the DC today at scrap metal place in town. There was a bus that they wanted to fix and 3 month later it was on the heap to be crushed. Went this morning to cut it out. As it will be crushed today. Also got the jack supports and a few of those panel clips.
Now the fun could begin. Just need some gas.
Floor is from a bay window. VW beter the construction abit like the bars that run across is open and minimise the trapping of dust and mud.
