As I broke off the ear if you want to call it this morning on my way to work. And he had it and did not even try to rip me off. My thumbs up for Just Beetle

Ashley is the guys name that owns JB
I bought my EMPI 5 from him for R6,000.00 with new tyres on which I thought was a very good price .
I have never had ant hassles with him, on one ocassion I bought a clutch plate from Volkspares in Eloff str ext and by the time I neede to firt it I found out that it was for a Golf and I could not exchange it Ashley swoped it for me for a new one for a bug (he probably scored in the deal but that is not the point) most places will not do that.
I often see Ashley in the South Of JHB he now drives a black Ghia with mags
Just my 2c worth

That black Ghia was out side his shop yesterday and one of those Brazilian jobs with the Bay nose and Split body.

I've also used Just Beetle and found him to be most helpful, beyond the call of duty.

When he was in Mayfair I went there looking for some rubber trim for the indicator housing and the joungster that "helped" me said that they did not have any and as I was walking out Ashley come in and we started chatting, he asked me if he could help so I told him what I wanted he crapped the joungster out for chasing the customers away and gave me 2 meters of the rubber trim half price
I think one has to get to know the guy, at first he may seem to to be a :bn: head

I have Known Ashley for quite a while He have rolled his son`s Ghia right behind me on the way down to Uitenhage in 2001
He is really not a bad guy and as all of us just trying to make an honest living
He has built quite a few decent show Bugs and street bugs when the times have been better
I am sure the guy will look after your Bug and give his best service when it is there for mechanical work
I can not bad mouth him just learn to comunicate with the chap
