Thanks for the great words, but I am just glad all got to you in what looks like ok condition, I was really worried about them chrome window pieces, but it looks like they made it unscafed. I am "sorry" to hear about the shirt  , but now the wife can not say anything about you buying parts. It was a pleasure to do it for you, sorry it took a little longer than I expected to get things in the mail. But it did go well once they left, about 2 weeks, not bad. Even with the one box being larger than what the specs are from the SA postal service. Enjoy your items.

Any word on the Lego's?

Hi Henry

I finally managed to make it to the post office today, and what do I find waiting there for me :

Image

DSTV remote left there for size perspective.

Only 1626 parts! :D

That should keep me busy for a while.

One question, where is the other one for TonyZ ? I shipped two to you right?

Just kidding TONYZ ! Both arrived safe and sound.

The legend continues, thanks for arranging shipping for us for this MASSIVE parcel! Much appreciated as always

Karma I am just glad they arrived safe at your house, you got me worried there for a moment. Glad they never measured the box size as it was a wee bit over size. Hope you have fun putting that Bug together, and please post some pics of the progress. And guys believe Karma if he says that they are big, they are BIG. I think it is worth the money. Enjoy playing with them.

Farhaad, you are not concentrating in class are you

But then I tried to find my post outlining the entire build, and it seems to have disappeared?

So here are some more pics (I have to admit, I started it, but then while I had to do some work, my seatcover basically finished it for me!)

Dutch that beetle was going for 79 pounds last year and then came down to 20 pounds after christmas for the sales. Now there are none left up north. If you find one down south think of me, also the airfix if you find 2.

Cheers
