Welcome Suzie. I am glad you like the site. Full of real SA humour and some very interesting charactors. If you need proof of this, read the first 19 pages of this thread.
Enjoy it

Hi all. My name is Ridwan. I've just joined in about a week ago. I own a 1970 beetle. It's got a 1600 twinport engine. Well my bugs decent looking. Its 2k yellow with a green pearl coating. gives it kind of a two tone effect. i'v got a set of 16" wheels wich i took off a camry 300sei. polished them and smacked them on. i've got adjustable front suspension. the car sits quite low, bout 80mm or so lower than standard. the back is dropped as well to level with the front. the engine is standard. Wanted to send a pic in but not sure how.

Welcome guys enjoy the site, there are loads of tech advice, diagrams and the like... If you looking to upgrade, drop, paint, weld, work with plastic, rewire, import or just purve over a few sexy seatcovers this is the place to do it. But being a truely SA site the humour is dry, sharp and sometimes sarcastic but always in jest. So feel free to have your say but remember the force is strong at acvwsa and hijacking a topic is par for the course, it might take a few pages of twists and turns but eventualy will return to the tip of the saber. If you cant get any joy from your questions just think things could be worse...... you could be MTM (Merlin The Motormouth) LOL.......
