Thanks again for all the well wishes, they're working :D at least i'm no longer in constant pain, no need for a constant flow of pain killers, the throat is also about 85% there, I'm up on my own strength for most of the day and able to sleep for several hours at a time in the evening, the insomnia was driving me mad.
I have started the ball rolling on the legal side, there will be a long way to go, but just reading her accdident report of the incident would have any driver thinking she is a joke, full of inconsistencies, and no mention of the fact that she deliberately hit a cyclist not once but twice.
Will keep you dudes posted as to progress, so far so good the doc was also impressed.

Excellent news, on all fronts!

 She submitted a report about an incident involving a cyclist and omitted the part about the cyclist? I don't think you're going to have any issues winning this one. ;)

Once again thanks for all the calls and sms's, much appreciated. Not on any medication at the moment, as things are looking up, shoulder very stiff with limited movement, time will see me thru, just need to be a little patient, will be pulling the 27 odd staples out of my chest tomorrow, hope the doc. gives me the big OK. fingers crossed.
