Hi guys,
I need some advice as to how to upload pics from my Blackberry 8900 curve onto my pc. The data cable method doesn't seem to work, and I am battling to get the pics on my pc.
Thanks in advance.
RICK.

Re: uploading pics from BB to pc
The standard blackberry desktop software usually needs the mediasync component as well to download the pics to the pc (an extra piece of software to install), OR, when you plug your blackberry into the pc, and you are prompted to use mass storage mode, select YES, and you can access the blackberry as a removeable drive, (e,f or g) on most pc's depending on your config. Browse through the folders till you find pictures. Keep in mind that if your blackberry is set to store pics on the SD card, it might be on the 2nd removeable drive that appears when you plug it in, for example, drive e: will be the phone's internal memory and drive f: will be the sd-card.
Hope that makes sense and didn't add to your confusion!
You can also email the picture to yourself as well from the blackberry to your pc.
