Advice needed

Post by MELLO YELLOW »

Hi

I am in the process of stripping a fasty and I have loosened "all" the bolts that I can see but I still can not seperate the pan from the body, :? although I have managed to loosen the gear box and the "frame horns" but the pan still refuses to seperate.

I have loosened all the bolts underneath the pan, the 4 long bolts at the front, the 2 next to the front shocks, loosened the 2 rear shocks and the 2 bolts that are hidden behind them, taken the plate loose underneath the pan that unbolts the frame horns for the box.

And still the pan will not release :?

What am I not doing :?:

Please advice

There are two hidden bolts under the rear seat as well, they are under two flaps of material glued and it makes it very difficult to find them. The front suspension also bolts onto the body with two 17mm bolts, remove the front spare wheel pan, and look on either side.
If it's too low, you're too old

Thanks Blitsz
the front is all loose when I pick up the front it looks like one of those funny cars where the front lifts from the pan with the V8 engine showing

Where abouts under the rear seat are these 2 bolts :?: Are the near the plastic screws that are for the seat belts

As i have loosened the 4 that go across the pan the same as in a bug
