FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

1) Remove wheel from car, deflate tyre completely

2) Press tyre down and away from the rim (this is best done at your local tyre dealer). Clean dust and grime away from the back of the tyre rim edge and sand slightly with water paper if necessary to removes any surface rust. Clean tyre bead as well of any dust or moisture to prevent leakage and to ensure a good fit.

3) Fit white wall insert in between the tyre and the rim and press insert in to position (Do not use any lubricants when fitting the insert, e.g (no oil, petrol, soap, silicone etc, must be fitted dry)

4) Inflate tyre slowly, pressing the insert into position until required pressure is achieved

5) Should the insert pop out of position during inflation, reduce pressure right down and refit. Re-inflate the tyre, pressing the insert into position.

6) The insert must fit equally all around the rim edge once the tyre is inflated

7) No wheel balancing is necessary.

CAUTION

Use ONLY ordinary MILD household detergent to clean your new white wall inserts
Do NOT use commercial cleaners on or near the inserts.

DISCLAIMER

The Manufacturer and or the Distributor do not hold themselves responsible for any damange that may occure in any form due to the incorrect fitting of the product or due to poor vehicle wheel and tyre maintenance.\

ATLAS WHITE WALL INSERTS are not suitable for fitment to low profile tyres.

What about friction generated between the tyre and the insert? What effect does that have on the carcas of the tyre? Im keen to get a set but I need to know they are not going to damage my tyres.

 Dont worry about your tyres. They wont damage them. What I always do is just to finger  some Vaseline in between the white wall and the tyre... This helps with keeping the accumulated road temp down while driving.

Like Pine states... make sure not to use them on Low Profile tyres... they will damage and rip them selves to shreds sooner or later. Also keep your tyre pressure constant.
