Doesn't look half bad! Wonder how long it was standing under that tree. :D

Hey Pine...

My almost drooled all over my keyboard!!

Pure VW porn!!!

Spotted the Empi Imp... worth much more than he paid for it for sure. Also the Empi 5's, the Sprint Stars with OG centre caps, the Empi GT steering, horn push and Boss, the Empi nudge bar and off road spots, the Empi chrome tail light housings, and fan belt guard, the Empi gear shifter... and the sand rail buckets...

What ever he paid, he got this car for free! :D

Nice one Pine!

Empi Sprintstars.
Great style wheel.
Pine uses them only on his buggies by the looks of things

Yip, they are indeed my all-time favourite wide-5 VW wheel. I originally had a set on HW1 and really regret selling them.

Kinda 'over-compensated' with HW2 though...

there is a lady that lives around the corner here who has a 72 beetle with these wheels on, and they look really old, so are probably original. If I see the car out and about, I will take a picture.
I am often coming up with ways of persuading her to let them go to me
