There is a Renault Dauphine parked behind the beetle in the first pic.
My dad had one of those, and i would love to find one for him again.
He worked on it with my uncle and they converted it to a Gordini.
Then he loaned it to a friend one night. That 'friend' wrote it off.

There is something very missing in both these photos.....
Being near the CNA,there should have been at least one Red CNA Vespa, man those things were every where.
Still remember my Dad said the life expectancy of these guys driving the red Vespas, was some thing like 30 days.
That how many accidents and deaths there where just before the CNA stopped deliveries of newspapers
Spent many a headache... err, .. Hour in His Majesty's Cellar,
