I found out that they are actually 2 DKW Bike's The owner has not seen them for a long time so they might not be as cool as I thought. As I said I'm picking them up tomorrow and will post pics :hangloose: :hangloose:

I found a 1977 Venter trailer that's been standing in a garage for the past 20 years. Still owned by the original owner who ordered it directly from the factory. It was delivered by train and it still has the original tyres.

They are both 49cc with 3 gears. The red one now starts first time every time and the blue one I have stripped and when I pushed on the piston with a old piece of a dropper it came loose and I have put the motor back together and there is normal compretion. The motor is still out of the bike becaus Im cleaning out the old rust tanks. There is a spark even so its just going to be sorting out fuel for now

Sambas in South Africa are good for only 2 things: showing off and sunburn.

Here's a nice article to clean and paint the tank. It's on a Bus, but the same principle applies:
http://www.ratwell.com/technical/FuelTa ... ation.html
Hope this helps. The other option is a radiator shop as mentioned already.
