Some progress made which I am very happy to post. Seat adjusters and frame were repaired and looks brand new. The ugly bracket in the engine bay was removed and the fiberglass repaired. The tank got a new coat of paint and the carburettors were fixed-up and fitted to the engine. Slowly we're getting there.

Proud to announce some progress. The inside of the bonnet and engine compartment was originally sprayed with a specific type of paint...gray with white and black spots. I finally got the skilled spray painter to assist and herewith some progress photos. This was partially done in IMPI's three hole garage...sorry IMPI...sal nie weer nie

The stripped down car to be able to spray the interior

The grey coat applied
2497

The black spots applied
2498

And finally the white spots before the clear coat is applied
2499

A close up of the end product.
