I visited one of our 2 VW dealers in town and found this sitting out there...
They say they spended $40 000.00 on the Beetle restoration alone. But I got to say it is nice, would love to own that sucker myself.
But it is nice to see that the dealers are involved enough to restore the history and keep them alive.
Both vehicles has been restored by the dealership, the bug is for charity and the bus is for promotion for the dealership. At the dealer

Re: At the dealer
My first car was a 67 Beetle, still wish I had kept it!
Have ALLOT of GOOD memories with that Bug, the drunken push starting after a joll
, the wheel that overtook me
..............
This one looks brilliant!
Great to see dealers investing in their heritage!
