Any help with relocation ?

Post by splitfan »

Hi , I have been busy with this for a while and everything has now been sorted (sold the house/business) for our "migration" down to the south coast from Gauteng . I am opening a new store in Port Shepstone and we will be staying in Southport anyone with any "contacts" and/or advise regarding the move please let me know I have a few cars that also need to be moved plus a "house" and workshop this all has to happen in the next two months , we have to be out of our house by the 20th of June and plan to have the new shop open for the 1st of July . Hopefully this is good news for the Natal guys to have a new Goldwagen In Sheppie :D
My biggest fear is that my wife sells my cars for what i told her they cost !!

Good luck with the move. Apart from Plett, I have never seen so many beach buggies in one place at the same time, this was in Margate on a road trip a few years ago, I'm sure the guys will be smiling when you open up shop .........

Sambas in South Africa are good for only 2 things: showing off and sunburn.

Hi Splitfan,
When we did the big MOVE from GP to EC, we found it cheaper to go to a small removal company, and hire the complete rig, Horse, furniture main trailer & 8 wheeler add on trailer for the workshop, they loaded, transported even the flower pots, and unloaded here and it was the beast deal I ever made. Cars, well there you use Peter Benn Motors, always a pleasure.
Best of luck.
Oh! and by the way, when you get to the new place, and you need the toaster, for breakfast, look in the box marked.....Workshop...
happens every time...
