Looks like a cross between a Mini Moke, a Milk float, and a golf cart, and a beach buggie

But I know its not one of them, I think,,

But maybe a Beach craft prototype built on a Fiat 500 Base. ??

Microcar imported from Taiwan in early 80 s trew the brocure away the other day---almost bought one then--
