Re: MY 1964 VW Type 3 Notch
Ok so some more progress... the master brake cylinder has been installed and modified the brake adjuster. Now hopefully this will fix the problem with the brakes.
Tomorrow I'm reinstalling the carb ( still waiting for the choke. Should be here next week sometime) then tackling the hole in the floor.... sigh still alot to do.

Re: MY 1964 VW Type 3 Notch
Sorted my leaking issue it seems... the two vents infornt on the Windscreen. The pipes from there goes to the front underneath the petrol tank... stuck a rod in there and cleaned out most of the gunk.
Rained like a bastard today... and bam! No water on the inside of the car
yeah! Need to thoroughly clean it out. But there's no way to access the thing. any ideas?

Re: MY 1964 VW Type 3 Notch
So mini update.
Carb and choke fitted. Starter removed for refurb and almost done with battery/floor brackets.
Saw a bit of a fookup with my flywheels teeth though...

So might need to get a new flywheel

Anyhow... more pics! !

First engine pic hehe

Haha don't worry... already in that. Replacing the fuel line there, and putting the filter underneath the car.
