I'll go get the universal one. Is it easy to change?

Re: Braki's Bug
My todo/need list: (If anybody can help I would really appreciate it)
1. Rear light covers.
2. The steel wheel cap. (Lost one on the way home
)
3. Door handles (Calooker got, but if I can get a bit cheaper it will help a lot.)
4. Left hand rear view mirror, maybe a pair will work then both looks the same.
Bigger stuff:
1. Need the floor pans replaced. So need those and someone who can weld
2. I take it any 5 nut wheels will fit on the Beetle?
I think thats it for now. Atleast she is running now (with brakes).
At present this forum is the only place I trust with advice regarding the Beetle, so please guys if you can help me with parts or advice or anything.
I dont want stuff free, I'll pay.

Re: Braki's Bug
Driving to the shop this evening everything was fine. Coming back she died on me everytime I had to stop. The revs just drops and cuts out. Any ideas please?

Check your fuel filter may be blocked.
Can also be that the carb is loose, and sucking in air.

Re: Braki's Bug
Bugger came to fetch my Bug yesterday. I was to excited to even remember to take a pic.
Will go visit and take some pics as we progress. I offered to help by using a screw driver but apparently Im getting sandpaper instead
