There are a few things left to do:-
1.) fit the fresh air hoses & the seals & the engine bay seal
2.) fit the thermostat, the wheel & the cable, then re-fit the under side tinware
3.) Source & fit the prober drain nut & fill up with SAE 30 Oil
4.) Find out where the brown wire needs to go
5 find out where the small valve like thing with an electrical plug on & 2 pipes goes
6.) Check the coil connections I think they are right but I should check them
7.) Fit the hot air risers from the heat exchangers, heater boxes, flexy pipes underneath & the cables
8.) Charge the battery up & Put some petrol in
9.) Double check everything
10.) Fire her up & fingers crossed.

Had a lot of drama today, I found a split in the elbow hose on the axillary air regulator ,
Had to fix it temporary with insulation tape.
Broke the plastic y-piece that the servo vacuum pipe goes to but got a new one from FBI.
Noticed I had a fuel leak from the fuel pipe return when I tightened the clip I fractured the pipe & it started pouring out. Eventually I cleaned the pipe up & managed to get a new hose on, now it doesn't leak.
After checking everything & double checking I got the bus started. Just needs timing now & the rest of my list finished:-
Still a few things left to do:-
1.) fit the fresh air hoses & the seals & the engine bay seal (1/2 done)
2.) fit the thermostat, the wheel & the cable, then re-fit the under side tinware
3.) Source & fit the prober drain nut.
4.) Fit the hot air risers from the heat exchangers, heater boxes, flexy pipes underneath & the cables
5.) Time the ignition
6.) Tax the bus
7.) Insure the bus, it is insured at the moment but only on my trade policy & not on an agreed value policy.

Spent all day today trying to get her running right, I discovered in the end that I had put the distributer drive gear in wrong but got it right in the end thanks to Ratwell section 1.41:-
http://www.ratwell.com/technical/FAQ.html

Now Milly runs Sweet & idles well too, took her out for a spin around the block & I'm really pleased the way she runs. I'm doing a wedding tomorrow so I've really cut it fine.
I had a couple of helpers cleaning the bus. I'll polish her tomorrow & put on some nice cream ribbons, then Tax her & fill up with petrol.
If I get chance I'll do some of the other things on the list. I've temporary fitted the old engine seal, because the new one hasn't turned up, neither has my thermostat cable. I got the wheel now though.

Before anyone says anything the seatbelt is only on her to stop her falling off the seat whilst sitting on the drive she has a proper car seat which she travels in.

I also managed to fit the chrome trim back on & do some Ankor Waxing.
Milly is now in bed for the night:-

Still got this left:-

2.) fit the thermostat, the wheel & the cable, then re-fit the under side tinware
3.) Source & fit the prober drain nut.
4.) Fit the hot air risers from the heat exchangers, heater boxes, flexy pipes underneath & the cables
6.) Tax the bus
7.) Insure the bus, it is insured at the moment but only on my trade policy & not on an agreed value policy
8.) Replace the heater cables & rubber boots
9.) Replace my aerial
10.) Polish & clean Milly

Right the good news is that Milly made it to the church on time.
I went to tax the bus only to discover that the MOT ran out in November. I'm confident she'll pass so I decided Tom would prefer to have a clean bus than a dirty one with MOT & TAX. So I decided to risk it, I know the consistences & I thought it worth the risk.
Luckily it all went well & the trip went great, this is the location:-
http://www.craigynoscastle.com/
A 60 mile round trip from my house. Basically I had to pick up the bride, brides maid & brother (who was giving her away) drive to the tiny John The Baptist Chapel about 2 miles, then back to the gardens & then to the Castle again.
Everybody loved the bus & the vicar said it was the best wedding car he'd ever seen bar none.
Now Milly is safely back home, she never missed a beat.
Nigel from Motolec is calling tomorrow to tune her up & then its off for an MOT on Monday.
Ready for lots of pictures?

The aerial is now fitted, the old one snapped off last year on a tree branch.

Fitted my heater boxes, & corrugated pipes, I will buy new ones soon & fit them, I couldn't fit the rubber boots until I get my heater control cables & I didn't fit the new engine seal because I don't like it, its made from a different material to the original. I'll swap it for an original one when I get a chance.
