A type 3 with a flat 6! Would that be for a 9 second 1/4 mile?
Verrrrry nice. I would love to see the progress. I've always played with the idea off a flat 6 sleeper.
Changed my plans slightly
I am building a type four first (getting the flat six completed will take about 10 grand EISH)
I have my old chevy pistoned type four turbo engine that basically needs assembly and a bit of pipework. I bought a set of cross hair headlights and a Gotech Management system well see how that pans out.

That would be quite something, wouldn't you agree?!
The lights are in. I needed to take tabs from a set of junk late type one fenders. it was an easy conversion using Golf one headlight units.
I dug out the components for the engine but the manifolds that fit the 411 wont fit the type three so new ones are to be built.[/img]
