T3 4-1 exhaust

Post by calooker »

I will be geting a run of 4-1 exhausts done, they will be mild steel with the J-pipes, R1450.
Let me know if you are on the market for a exhaust, as I don't know when again the dude will be prepared to set up the jig.
I have had one of these on my notch for 6 years, not too lound and nice grunt.
These will fit Notch, Fasty, and Square silencer sits nicely under the valance and exits on the left side.

Need to make a run of 5 min, otherwise the dude feels it's not worth the effort of setting up the jig.
He can also make 4-1 for 1700-2000 T4 if anyone is interested.

Got 2x 4-1 made up and only 1 set of J-pipes that you see on the engine, still waiting to get the rest done up.
One thing that pisses me off if there are a lot of dudes out there and they cry times are hard, no work, no money but when you present them with a job to do with cash in hand there is allways some sort of issue & a lot of stories. The dude making up the exhausts said 5 would not be a problem because that is the min. he will make as it is then worthwhile, but 3 weeks later all I got was 2 branches and 1 set of J-pipes, I must be missing something, I just don't get it. :zhelp: I will let you guys know when I have them all in hand.

Sounds like the builders I kicked out of my house after wasting 5 weeks on a 2 week job. Maybe they have the same disease :jerkoff:

The dude in question's reply to me was he is now semi retired so there is no rush, WTF. It costs me money in fuel & time as 1 trip to collect the lot is going to turn into 3, hopefully not more.

Had mine fitted at vdubtech. J pipes needed shortened but fits well. May trim the end pipe later as it does scrape a little out the drive. Sounds great. Racy but not too loud.Image
