FOR SALE: Classic Blaupunkt Radio

Post by Pine »

FOR SALE: Classic Blaupunkt Wiesbaden SA Automatic radio, dates back to 60's, and period correct for a typical German car of the era, like Porsche (356), VW (Beetle, Karmann Ghia, Type 3, Kombi etc.), Mercedes-Benz, DKW etc.

The Blaupunkt has an individual setting for each button, in other words you can switch between radio stations by pressing a button, which was quite revolutionary for its time. It also has an external (foot operated?) button, which I am not sure the what the purpose is for.

I am not sure if the radio is still working, as I haven't tested it myself, but it seems to be in a good, complete condition. These radios are highly sought after by collectors in Europe and the US, and spares are available.

R 800, neg + R 35 insured postage
