Hi since the correct term here is LONG TERM
I have finally found a 914 tach and a few electrical bits
But this week marked the return of my BADGE it was made using a 1300 beetle badge and a 411 badge trick was finding someone to weld the two together but here it is:

Hi All
I have decided that it is time to let go of my project. There is just not enough hours in the day for all I want to do.
This car is a seventies 1303
suspension Porsche 944
full roll cage
Car is apart but 85% complete (all bits are there but in need of restoration
Rack and pinion steering
Pan was sand blasted and pan halves replaced
spare windows
nos rear fenders
cookie cutter narrows and wides
911 dash and instruments
nos aprons front and rear
rebuilt Brazillia IRS gearbox and the bits to convert to IRS
I can throw in a 2.1 type four for extra cost.

I am looking for R25000 or a interesting swop (beetle, golf type 3 etc)

Hi

What still need to be done to complete this project? I am considering, but don;t want to buy something I do not have the skill to complete.

Hi this is a very hard core project which should only be tackled if you have done a few total rebuilds and have the tools to match. I could also finish the project for anybody at additional cost.

Thanks. Not for me then.. I do want to do a restoration, but will look at an easier project.. to maybe start of by just restoring a stock Beetle... and then take it from there :D
