It's is!! some were i saw someone with one of that roof fins on there blue beetle
Check close what they did to the heads. they welded the fins close and added a water port. the heads is water cooled.

Wow all that power with a Kennedy stage 2 clutch ! I have recently replaced the clutch on my bus with a KEP stage 2 clutch and was a little concerned about the clutch setup in general , but not anymore !
My biggest fear is that my wife sells my cars for what i told her they cost !!

Jip, and his running a porsche 915 pressure plate on top of that, with a ring gear and release bearing. big $$$$ there.
