Vehicle Transportation
Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone had some contacts or recommendations.
I need to have my Bus collected and transported from PE to Cape Town....it is currently not running or on wheels.
Or anyone who is making a trip to Cape Town and looking for some extra cash?
Any suggestions?

Re: Vehicle Transportation
Try Peter Benn Motors. They transport non runners but I am sure it should be on wheels.
They are based in PE

Re: Vehicle Transportation
Hi Jdt1976
Thanks for this! I seem to have a solution for the moment but that could all change. If so I will surely give Peter a call.
Thanks again

Hi Muderick,
No its still got quite a way to go, its supposed to be getting the engine installed shortly, thereafter it heads back down to PE to get finished off......I'll get excited when I know its homeward bound!!
Fingers crossed though it'll be soon!

Re: Vehicle Transportation
HI SEAN AND BUGSPRAY.
WHO IS DOING YOUR MOTOR IN DURBAN, AND TO BUGSPRAY...; WHY ARE YOU TRANSPORTING YOUR BUS TO DURBAN? IS IT STAYING HERE?
YOU GUYS CAN TRY NOBLE FREIGHT. I USED PETER BENN. THEY MANAGED TO DO SOME DAMAGE TO CYNDI'S KOMBI AND EVEN THOUGH WE SENT THEM THE PROOF AND POINTED IT OUT TO THE DRIVER WHEN WE RECEIVED IT THEY JUST IGNORED ALL OUR ATTEMPTS TO CLAIM AGAINST THE TRANSPORTER'S INSURANCE EVEN THOUGH IT DID STATE IN THE CONTRACT THAT THE VEHICLE WAS COVERED UP TO SOME ASTRONOMICAL AMOUNT.
NOBLE FREIGHT WAS ALSO CHEAPER. WE USED THEM WITH OUR SECOND RUN.

Re: Vehicle Transportation
CAPS LOCK NINJA!! haha, im taking my bus down to durbs to use as my wedding car. or as a prop, then it will head to my friend to do the complete respray.
I take it Noble freight aren't the best, but hey the price must have been decent.
im waiting on a friend from grinrod logistics to call me with his option.
