FINALLY I have one
I am very pleased to say that I FINALLY have a DC
I have been looking for a SC or DC for quite some time and now have one, (whenever on comes up it is either sold, to far away or out of my price range ) Paid for it this morning and will hopefully be collecting it this week.
It is a 1980/1 T3 2l DC
With a few extra bits and pieces.
I am stoked

Re: FINALLY I have one
Thanks for posting Riekert
Well there she is as mentioned before there is a few things that need attention (main thing being the "sticky valve") which I have a replacement one.
Just need some one to assist.
I am told that quite abit of money was spent on her, motor wise, and I am very pleased with it.
I will post the list of things done to her and what I would like to do.
Thanks Terry for putting up with the nagging

Re: FINALLY I have one
Jess is finally at home safe in the garage
There are a few small things to sort out like the noise she makes when changing gears, (may need a shift rod bush)
Clean up the engine compartment
Find out why the fuel gauge is not working.
And the give the motor a good service.
Overall I am very pleased with it
